Last week, the entire Cresto Safety team came together at our European HQ in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, for the first annual Staff Summit! It was an incredible experience with strategic planning, future-focused discussions, and insightful conversations.

During the summit, we proudly unveiled and celebrated the four core values of our business: Trust, Agility, Passion, and Teamwork. These values guide us as we continue to innovate and ensure safety for height and rescue workers.

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our team members. Several Awards were presented to celebrate excellence.

Congratulations to Magnus Mjörna for winning the Sales Excellence Award, recognising his exceptional sales performance over the last 12 months.

Zlatica Tešláova received the Excellence Award for her exemplary teamwork and overall performance.

Marian Mojžiš was honoured with the Operational Excellence Award for his agile approach to overcoming challenges and his significant contributions to ergonomic improvements in our production workflows.

We also want to give an honorary mention to Veronika Macháčková for her invaluable contributions to sales and developing new markets in Central Europe.
